GV FM 99.1 located in Angeles City is the first radio station established and operated by GV Broadcasting System, Inc. which was inaugurated last November 7, 1983. The power output of 5 kW or 20,000 watts effective radiated power covers the whole province of Pampanga and a big segment of Central Luzon.

GV FM 99.1 has captured the biggest audience share in its locality. GV FM 99.1 ranks no. 1 in the Radio Listening Study conducted by Applied Marketing Research, Inc. commissioned by Radio Research Council, Inc. Anent with this, a survey conducted by the research and study center of GV-FM 99.1 discloses that ”Listening to the Radio” is the no. 1 fave pastime by the majority of the population of the community. “Reading Books” ranks second. “Watching TV/VHS” ranks third.
